Q: What method of hair removal do you use?

A: We use waxing/tweezing as our primary form of hair removal


Q: How long does tint (Henna) last?

A: Tint lasts for 5-7 days when aftercare instructions are properly followed


Q: I have very thin eyebrows, are you able to work with that?

A: Absolutely, we specialize in all shapes and sizes. Our primary goal is to find the right shape for your face and help you achieve that look. Some goals take a little more time than others, but nothing makes us more happy then helping clients to achieve their ideal look! We also provide insight and at home maintenance to grow or maintain your brows effectively!


Q: Why do you need my CC information to book?

A: We require all customers to provide their card information per our cancellation policy. Your credit card will not be charged when you book. You can choose any payment method you'd like after your service!


Q: Do you take walk-ins?

A: We are appointment only, however we will take a client if there are available times open. We advise calling first to ensure an opening for your desired service.

Q: How do I cancel?

A: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must go to your confirmation email and click the green box at the bottom of the page that reads "Change/Cancel Appointment". We DO NOT do rescheduling or cancellation via calls or messaging. You must reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance.
